My stories are sometimes fiction, always true.

I'm not the Gray or Grace in these stories. But we've walked a lot of the same roads. Heard a lot of the same songs. Cried over a lot of the same things.

For a long time, I lived mostly in my head. These days, I write it out.

The Character

Grace Lynn runs on intuition and consecrates everything she touches — commerce as ministry, chaos as liturgy. On the Porch she's the one who tied the pink bow on the cooler. She didn't ask anyone if that was appropriate. It wasn't a question.

The Porch version of Grace is the resolution of a longer story. You can feel the distance she's traveled in how lightly she moves now.
